The Humpback
Dubbed "The Humpback" this custom 200 series continuous production furnace uses gravity to keep a pure hydrogen atmosphere during heating.
Series 700
The CM 700 Series furnaces are typically used for air atmosphere applications. However, they are also available for use in pure oxygen or inert atmospheres. The base model includes an external stoker, entrance section, high heat section, a cooling section, and cross feeds with return conveyor.
Series 600
The CM 600 Series furnaces are available in a variety of configurations from manually loaded lab-scale units to fully automated production systems. The two basic system configurations are continuous belt furnaces and pusher style furnaces.
Series 500
The CM 500 Series include two distinct types of continuous furnaces designed for specific applications. The “humpback” is a belt furnace specially designed for low dew point and bright firing applications.
Series 400
The CM 400 Series furnaces are available in a variety of configurations from manually loaded lab-scale units to fully automated production systems. Two basic systems are available.
